This could be for life

With the For Life Guarantee, CraighillW is writing down a promise we already tried to keep: objects should stay in use.

If a piece fails in ordinary, intended use, write [email protected]. We will repair or replace it. That covers manufacturing defects and material failure, not loss, misuse, or alterations.

Everything begins in the Brooklyn studio. We prototype until the hinge, the spring, the edge, or the weight feels inevitable. Enduring materials are the point — not a marketing line.
