Returns and refunds

We want the object to be the right one. Domestic returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (45 days for orders placed November 23–December 24) when the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Gift cards, engraved goods, Mystery Boxes, and opened playing cards are not refundable. International orders are not returnable.

How to return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will send a prepaid domestic label when the return is eligible. If you prefer to ship it yourself, mail to Ridge & Caliper LLC, 64 Meserole Avenue Suite 2, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Return postage you pay on your own is not refunded. For items over $75, use a tracked service.

Refunds and exchanges

After we inspect the return we email you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in two to five business days. Exchanges ship after we receive the original. Gifts are refunded as store credit.
