US orders over $125 ship free. International orders over $250 also qualify for complimentary shipping.

We aim to ship domestic orders within three to five business days, excluding holidays, unless a product page says otherwise. You get an email once the parcel is packed for pickup. Notifications after 2pm EST usually mean the carton leaves the next business day.

If tracking stalls, or it reads Delivered when nothing arrived, wait three business days, then write [email protected] with your order number and address. We file carrier claims for you.

We send the number as soon as the box is ready. Couriers can take up to 48 hours to scan. Check the courier site directly for the latest ping.

Eligible domestic orders can come back unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Holiday orders placed November 23–December 24 get 45 days. Mystery Boxes, engraved pieces, and opened playing cards are final sale. International orders are not returnable. Email [email protected] for a label — we do not use a third-party returns portal on this shop.

We process exchanges after the original item arrives. Allow up to five business days after we receive it.

If you forgot a code and it has been under 48 hours, email [email protected] with the order number. After that we cannot apply it. Sitewide sales do not stack with extra codes. If an item you bought goes on sale within 30 days, we issue store credit for the difference.

Write [email protected] as soon as you can. If a shipping notice already went out we will still try, provided the carton has not left the studio.

Add an order note at cart or checkout. It prints on a packing slip without prices. We do not offer gift wrap; each object ships in its own packaging. Gift cards come in $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, and $250 and cannot be bought with a discount code.

We ship worldwide. Rates and dates appear at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless you pay them at checkout when that option is offered.

Every object is designed and prototyped in Brooklyn. Production partners sit in the United States, China, Italy, and Japan depending on the piece. Ask [email protected] about a specific SKU.

Raw brass develops a patina — oxidation that clings to the surface and protects the metal underneath. To brighten raw brass, bronze, or copper only (never lacquered or antiqued finishes): mix equal parts salt and vinegar into a paste, buff with a cloth, then wipe dry.
