Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on orders of $125 and up. Under that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders over $250 also ship free; otherwise international rates are quoted at checkout and duties are the buyer’s.

Domestic parcels typically leave Brooklyn in 3–5 business days. You receive tracking when the carton is packed. Notices after 2pm EST usually travel the next business day.

Lost or stalled packages: wait three business days after a Delivered scan, then write [email protected]. We handle the carrier claim.
