Wholesale Agreement

Effective date: July 15, 2025.

This Wholesale Agreement is between Ridge & Caliper LLC (“Seller”) and an approved wholesale partner (“Retailer”). It covers supply of CraighillW products for resale, not for drop-shipping unknown third parties without written consent.

Retailer will keep brand presentation consistent with studio photography and will not advertise prices below any MAP we publish. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Title passes on full payment; risk of loss passes on carrier pickup unless we agree otherwise.

Returns of wholesale goods follow the written RMA we issue. Confidential pricing stays confidential. New York law governs, at 64 Meserole Avenue Suite 2, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
